Design development to prepare scheme design drawings and supporting documents to allow submission of a Planning Application. Consultation with planning authorities and other consultants prior to and during the planning approval process.
• Building Warrant Drawings and Scheme Technical Development
Technical development of the scheme design to allow preparation of drawings and supporting documents for submission of a Building Warrant Application. Consultation with building control authorities and other design consultants prior to and during the building warrant approval process.
• Tender / Construction Drawings and Administration of the Building Contract
Preparation of drawings and coordination of the tender process to assist the appointment of a building contractor. Administration of the Building Contract including preparation of construction information as necessary, regular site inspections to inspect the quality / progress of the works and issue of completion
certification. Post occupation support and preparation of a list of defects for
rectification as may be necessary. Assistance with agreement of the final
account with the building contractor and issue of a final certificate of payment.
