I worked with Nick & Sarah to renovate and alter this 4 bedroom Victorian house retaining its character but creating a contemporary home for them, their young family and beloved dog Kodi.  The initial plans allowed an attic bedroom conversion with zinc dormer but the economics of this saw it shelved in favour of addition of en-suites to bedrooms.  The internal alterations and simple extension with untreated larch walls, folding sliding doors onto a timber deck, zinc roof and Velux roof windows forms a dining area open to the garden, new kitchen and family room.
